About Personal Care Support LTD
Who are we? We care, because we care, is what motivates us to work on providing personal conditioned domiciliary care service as required. Personal Care Support LTD came to being after recognizing the need for a service to support vulnerable members of our society who in their quest for personal dedicated care may potentially have to be moved away from their familiar home set up. We work under the auspice guidelines of Care Quality Commission to support, provide and give personalized care to the vulnerable members of our community in their more familiar set ups.
Our organisation’s senior team has overwhelming experience in care provision and support stretching over a combined 39 years. The company Director, Langton, has worked in care provision and support since the turn of the millennium rising through attaining quality social service academic and professional qualifications as well as gaining the all-important hands on experience.
Patience, our Registered Manager, has over 20 years bedside experience working with vulnerable people on the front line of care provision and support. Patience has worked as a carer to become a registered nurse, senior staff nurse to become a Registered Manager.
Nga, who is our office support member is a Social and Community graduate, with wide knowledge of social structures' impact on vulnerable people as well as being very aware of safeguarding processes.
All staff employed by Personal Care Support LTD have enhanced DBS check.
Carers as guided by the Care Quality Commission are always people of reputable behavior who must be cleared through DBS check as fit to work with vulnerable people. Academic and professional qualifications are important in care provision but at Personal Care Support LTD we go further in ensuring that our staff meet our values based criteria of recruitment.
